Eligibility Requirements :

  • Current enrollment as a full-time student in a Bachelors program at an accredited university or college for the 2022-2023 academic year.
  • Intention to be enrolled or accepted as a full-time student in a Bachelors program at an accredited university in Europe, Middle East, or Africa for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Application & Essay Process:

  1. Online application, which includes:
    • General background information (contact details, current and intended universities)
    • Resume/CV
    • Academic transcripts from your current institution
    • Responses to short answer essay questions

Essay Questions:

a. Share a time when you faced a complex problem without a clear solution.

Describe the steps you took to reach a solution, including the resources and alternatives you considered. Reflect on the lessons learned from this experience.

The problem can be from school, work, extracurricular activities, or home.

b. Based on personal experience, describe a barrier that hinders equitable access to the field of technology.

Identify the root cause of this barrier and discuss the actions taken and planned to address this inequity. Focus at least half of the response on the actions already taken.
