Cincinnatus Scholarship

The University of Cincinnati awards the Cincinnatus Scholarship annually as a merit-based program to the brightest and most promising incoming freshmen enrolling in campus-based colleges and programs.

This scholarship, open to students in any major, aims to support prospective freshmen with outstanding academic records in funding their education.

Recipients have the opportunity to earn a renewable scholarship throughout their four-year degree program.

Cincinnati Scholarship

Cincinnatus Scholarship Award Levels:

  1. Presidential Scholarship
    • Fully funded scholarship.
    • Awards approximately $23,500 annually to cover tuition, books, board, fees, and room.
    • Granted to 10 outstanding incoming freshmen each year.
    • Total annual allocation of up to $94,000 in presidential scholarship awards.
  2. University Scholarship
    • Awarded to incoming freshmen with strong academic records.
    • Scholarships range from $6,000 to $24,000.
    • Each student receives between $1,500 to $6,000 annually.
  3. Century Scholarship
    • Granted to exceptional incoming freshmen.
    • Recipients receive between $6,000 to $8,000.
    • Each student is provided with $1,500 to $2,000 annually to cover fees, books, and other academic expenses at the university.
