- Copy of the 1st page of the passport (information pages).
- Updated CV including research experience.
- Recent academic records (transcripts and certificates for bachelor’s degrees).
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree certificates.
- Two reference letters from former academic advisers (in Chinese or English, signed, and printed on letterhead with name, date, and contact information).
- Five copies of published scholarly works as a research proposal (if available).
- Medical certificate.
